I have a difficult time putting into words how delicious
this place is.
They have a baguette that rivals those found in Paris and Provence, the best peanut butter cookie I have ever tasted, and the prettiest and most delectable little cakes I have ever seen. The people that work there are ridiculously nice, the ambiance is perfect and the prices are reasonable. If you are in the general Pacific Northwest area, do yourself a favor, and treat yourself to Thorough Bread and Pastry. I am lucky enough to work around the corner from them, and can't stay away.

| My lunch date Tonya and I ordered a white chocolate raspberry mousse and a cheesecake for dessert. |

| The lovely Juli has been working at Thorough Bread for almost a year and loves the people and the food. |
 |
| The almond croissants are made in house, but the traditional croissants and many of the breads and cakes are made at their school, the San Francisco Baking Institute. |
 |
| Alex is in the back, he is the sandwich master. |
 |
| Reflection in the glass. |
 |
| Lovely painted ladies across the street. |
I'll have one of everything, please.
